THUNDER BAY – Tbaytel is in the midst of upgrading their cell service. That upgrade is causing service interuptions in parts of the city. Friday evening for example people in the downtown Thunder Bay North core were experiencing a lack of service when trying to use their wireless devices.
The upgrading will go on until September 30th, you can get regular updates from Tbaytel by visiting www.tbaytel.net.
Tbaytel advises that if you have an issue that you contact their customer service office at 807-623-4400. Tbaytel is seeking input from customers on areas where there are service issues.
