TECH-CINCINNATI, OH-MAX Technical Training, an award winning, private, woman-owned business that educates and trains IT 
staff and business professionals in the latest technologies and practices, expands their staff to meet growth demand. Celebrating their 15th anniversary this year, MAX Technical Training is pleased to announce two additions to their business development team.
Alexander Mundy and Terri Shannon, both Education Advisors for MAX Technical Training work
with client companies to assess and implement short and long-term strategic training solutions.
Alexander Mundy handles Enterprise, Healthcare and Public Sector Accounts. He brings significant experience in training and sales management. His most recent role as the Inside Sales and Sales Support Manager for Panasonic System Communications Company of North America (PSCNA) at Top Gun Sales Performance earned him praise for his leadership and communication skills. “Denise Bartick, MAX’s President and CEO, is obviously a successful business owner but it was her passion, her vision and positioning of the company for growth that sold me on joining her team. The company’s customer retention makes it clear that her leadership has delivered excellent customer satisfaction; a key ingredient for growth,” said Alexander.
Terri Shannon is responsible for Business Consulting, Chemical, Financial, Insurance and Mid-Size Business Accounts. With previous experience in the training industry as well as software consulting and career placement, Terri is uniquely qualified to help customers choose training courses or packages that will best fit their needs. Terri was previously an Account Manager with Accelerated Business Results where her relationship building skills and work ethic were lauded as instrumental in her ability to drive revenue growth. “MAX Technical Training and specifically Denise Bartick, have been on my radar since the company was founded fifteen years ago. A Cincinnati-based company, MAX has always been focused on growing the technology expertise in our region and repeatedly gives back to the community wherever possible. It’s very important to me, in business development, to represent an organization that is
genuinely dedicated to our community and its resources,” said Terri.
