This class is ideal for someone who has not been active, or is not interested in an intense extreme paced boot-camp class but would still like to see the benefits that boot-camp has to offer.
The class will alternate between cardiovascular drills and resistance training that will yield results such as weight loss and muscle toning.
The cardiovascular stations will be taught in levels so that you are able to work where you feel comfortable. Don’t feel intimidated, just come out and enjoy this fun and supportive class.
