Thunder Bay – News – The public lobby of the Thunder Bay Police Service’s headquarters at 1200 Balmoral Street will be closed to the public starting at 4 pm EST as of Wednesday, February 10 2021.
Police say that the closure is related to cold-weather related repairs. During this closure, anyone requiring non-emergency services is asked to call the non-emergency line at 684-1200. The public will be advised when the lobby is re-opened.
TBPS apologize if this causes any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
Over recent weeks many people during the pandemic have found contacting TBPS at the non-emergency number leading to long waits.
