Thunder Bay District Health Unit Reports 10 New COVID-19 Cases – Active Cases at 84, One Death

Thunder Bay – COVID-19 Update – Thunder Bay District Health Unit (TBDHU) is reporting 10 (ten) new COVID-19 cases in residents in the TBDHU Region. Current active cases is 84. There has been one more death from the virus in the district.

A resident at the Southbridge Roseview Long-Term Care home has died.

This brings the death toll to 17, with 15 of the deaths at Southbridge Roseview.

Of the ten new cases, six are from close contact, 2 are from no known exposure. 1 at Southbridge Roseview, and one from travel outside of the region.

There are no patients in hospital or ICU as of this report.

Twenty cases have been resolved.
