Thunder Bay – The Lakehead Public School Board is advising parents and students to be ready for “anything”.

The board states, “As per the Ministry of Education recommendations, Lakehead Public Schools is encouraging students and staff to take home any materials that they may require for remote learning before they leave school for the holiday period so that we can continue to be ready for all scenarios.”

The Premier has mused on a provincial lockdown to try to get COVID-19 numbers under control.

Schools across the province have been told to prepare for those possibilities.
