OPP Execute Drug Warrant in Dryden: 37-year-old Woman Faces Charges

DRYDEN – NEWS – On Tuesday the 14th of July, 2020 at approximately 6:40 pm officers from the Ontario Provincial Police Community Street Crime Unit, Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau, and Northwest Region Emergency Response Team (ERT) executed a search warrant at a Rourke Avenue residence in the City of Dryden.

As a result of the investigation and related search police seized a quality of cocaine, morphine, methamphetamine, oxycodone, Canadian currency, and drug-related paraphernalia.

Khrysti BOUSFIELD, 37 years old of Dryden has been charged with the following offenses:

  • Failure to comply with a release order – Criminal Code 145(5)(a)
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking- Cocaine – Controlled Drugs and Substances Act 5(2)
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking- Opioid – Controlled Drugs and Substances Act 5(2)

The accused has been released from custody and will appear in the Dryden Ontario Court of Justice on the 14th of September, 2020.
