THUNDER BAY – MISSING – The Thunder Bay Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing 21-year-old River Bluecoat.
Bluecoat is described as an Indigenous male standing approximately 5′ 5″ tall with a heavy build, short black hair, brown eyes and last seen wearing a navy blue jacket, dark jeans, and black running shoes.
He was last seen in the area of Oliver and Golf Links Roads at approximately 9 p.m. on November 29, 2019.
