THUNDER BAY – Environment Canada says that now squalls are expected to continue off Lake Nipigon today behind a strong cold front. There is a possibility that the squalls will continue through Monday as winds are expected to remain out of the north or northwest.
Localized accumulations of 10 to 15 cm are possible by this evening with additional snowfall possible on Monday.

- Beardmore – Jellicoe – Macdiarmid
Snow squalls possible today.
Travel conditions along Highway 11 could be particularly hazardous. Motorists are advised to watch for quickly changing weather conditions and adjust their driving accordingly.
