Environment Canada says that “Significant rainfall continues this morning.
“Rain, at times heavy, will continue this morning before gradually tapering to scattered showers later this morning.
“An additional 10 to 15 mm of rain is expected this morning, bringing total rainfall amounts of 20 to 40 mm by midday today.”
