Police Seek Help in Waterloo Circle K Robbery

THUNDER BAY – Another robbery in Thunder Bay with Thunder Bay Police asking for public assistance to make an arrest.

Thunder Bay Police Service officers were dispatched to the Circle K convenience store at 640 Waterloo Street South just after 11 pm on Wednesday, May 29/19 following reports of a robbery that had just occurred.

Investigators learned that a male had entered the store, approached the clerk and threatened him to hand over undisclosed store merchandise. The accused exited the business with some store merchandise and fled behind a residence on Walsh Street.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male in his 30s standing about six-feet tall with a medium build. He wore a Navy-coloured sweatshirt with black cuffs, black pants and dark shoes, a black ski mask, and black sunglasses at the time of the incident.
