THUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay Police officers demonstrated professionalism in a potentially dangerous situation that unfolded on May Street near the downtown south core.
Police officers and members of the Tactical Unit and the K-9 unit were involved in an incident involving a firearm.
Officers took at least one suspect into custody. Witnesses on the scene were taken aback by the situation as one of the suspects was arrested by police officers with their service weapons drawn at the drive-through of a local restaurant on South May Street.
There is no official word from the Thunder Bay Police this evening on what happened.
