Six People Arrested in Drug Warrant Search on Finlayson Street

THUNDER BAY – NEWS – Thunder Bay Police are reporting that six people have been arrested as part of an ongoing Fentanyl and cocaine trafficking investigation by the joint task force, which includes members from the Thunder Bay Police Service, OPP, Nishnawbe-Aski Police Service and Anishinabek Police Service.

Police executed a search warrant at a home in the 300 block of Finlayson Street just before 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 14.

As a result of the search, police report that they found and seized a quantity of Fentanyl, Crystal Methamphetamine, cocaine, Ritalin pills and Canadian currency.

Jeffrey Leslie DUGAN, 49, of Thunder Bay, is charged with Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession of a Schedule 3 Substance.

Andrew Robert GODFREY, 42, of Thunder Bay, is charged with Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking and Probation Order Non-Compliance.

Barbara Ann MCCOY, 51, of Thunder Bay, is charged with Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking.

Terry Allen PELTO, 31, of Thunder Bay, is charged with Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 and Probation Order Non-Compliance.

Alfreda Chelsea PERREAULT, 25, of Thunder Bay, is charged with Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking.

Taylor Louise ROWE, 25, of Thunder Bay, is charged with Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking and Probation Order Non-Compliance.

All six accused individuals appeared in court Friday morning and were remanded into custody with future appearance dates.

TBPS say that “Investigations by the joint task force into drug trafficking within the city continue”.
