THUNDER BAY – The female victim of an October 29, 2018 assault at a Dufferin Street apartment has died as a result of the injuries she suffered. The woman passed away on Wednesday, October 31, 2018.
Her next of kin have been notified.
A post-mortem examination is expected to take place in Thunder Bay.
Investigators are expected to amend the charge of Attempt Murder to Second-Degree Murder against Peter Keeash, a 25-year-old man.
Keeash remains in custody.
The investigation is ongoing.
