Breach of Prohibition Order Charges Laid Against Bewcyk

THUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay Police advise that Michael Danial Bewcyk, 70-years-old of Thunder Bay was charged with Breach of Prohibition Order as a result of a new complaint that was received by investigators.

A 38-year-old female complainant made a report on October 5, 2018, that she observed Michael Bewcyk at Minnesota Park and Art Widnall Pool in July 2018. Bewcyk is on a Prohibition Order to not attend public parks or swimming pools where children under 16 years of age may be present.

Bewcyk appeared in court yesterday afternoon. He will remain in custody until his next court date on October 11, 2018.
