Upsala Business Robbed – OPP Seek Male Suspect

UPSALA – NEWS – On September 12, 2018, at approximately 8:52 pm, officers from the Thunder Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a robbery that occurred at a business located on Highway 17, east of Upsala.

The suspects entered the business, the male suspect struck a female employee and stole an undetermined amount of cash. The employee was not injured and did not require medical attention.

The male suspect is described as Caucasian, wearing a black hat. The female suspect is described as Caucasian, with a ponytail. The suspects were driving in a dark coloured pickup truck and were reported to drive eastbound on Highway 17.
