Police Seek Help to ID Pet Store Robbery Suspect

THUNDER BAY – The Thunder Bay Police Service is asking for assistance in identifying a male responsible for a robbery at Thunder Pet located at 1605 Mountdale Avenue.

A lone male entered the store on Sunday, Aug. 19, 2018, at about 1:30 pm and demanded money from the clerk. The male suspect then fled the store on foot and was seen heading southbound on Gore Street.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male standing about 5’8″ tall, and weighing about 140 pounds with a thin build. The suspect wore a black sleeveless shirt, dark sweatpants, and a black ball cap with red on the front at the time of the incident.
