THUNDER BAY – ROADS – There are often said to be two seasons in Thunder Bay. If it isn’t winter, then it is road construction season.

Thunder Bay Roads Division reports that Vickers Street North will be closed to through traffic, between Cameron and Finlayson streets, starting Tuesday, July 31 at 7 am for sewer and water construction. The closure is expected to last up to four weeks.

The closure is expected to last up to four weeks.

Motorists are asked to use alternate routes, follow posted construction signage and to use extra caution when traveling near the construction area.
