THUNDER BAY – Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 500 block of County Boulevard just before 5:30 a.m. on April 7, 2018, for a disturbance.
The responding officers arrived to find a 57-year-old male injured inside his home. Officers located two other males hiding in the residence. The male victim was taken to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Science Center for medical attention. He reported to officers that two unknown males entered his residence and assaulted him.
Adam Joseph Goodwin, a 31-year-old male has been charged with Aggravated Assault and Break & Enter.
Jason Robert Ritchat, a 42-year-old male has been charged with Aggravated Assault, Break & Enter and 2 counts of Breach of Probation.
Both appeared in court on the weekend and have been remanded into custody.
