THUNDER BAY – Judith Monteith-Farrell is the New Democratic Party candidate in Thunder Bay Atikokan.
This is her first campaign, and she is challenging Liberal MPP, Bill Mauro.
Judith has a background in labour issues, is a life-long resident of Thunder Bay who loves the outdoors, and is a real people person.
Judith stopped by the NetNewsLedger newsroom to talk about her efforts to bring Thunder Bay Atikokan into the NDP fold in the June 7th, 2018 Ontario Provincial Election.
The Thunder Bay Atikokan New Democrats are just kicking off their campaign and getting things to full speed are coming along in a hurry. Liberal MPP Bill Mauro was nominated last week as well. The Progressive Conservatives have a contested nomination and are looking to hold their nomination in April.
