THUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay Police have Charles Casmey in Custody. Police had issued a Canada-Wide-Warrant for the suspect. The suspect was found in a home in the East End.

Charles CASMEY surrendered to police at 9:25 p.m. He exited a residence on the 500 block of McTavish Street as a result of a police operation involving the Thunder Bay Police Service and the Ontario Provincial Police.

Residents who have been evacuated will be allowed back in their homes.
