THUNDER BAY – A Bench Warrant was issued in Thunder Bay Superior Court this morning for Emma Massakayash. Massakayashwas released on bail last month but failed to show up at the arranged accommodation she was required to stay at.
Massakayash faces charges for manslaughter in the death of Kevin Roundhead whose body was found on the shore of Lake Superior just north of Marina Park. was released on bail last month but failed to show up at the arranged accommodation she was required to stay at.
The accused had been released on bail with conditions by the court. However, Massakayash did not abide by those conditions. She didn’t stay at the residence where she was required according to what the judge was told this morning.
The bench warrant for her arrest was issued in court this morning. The judge also set her next court appearance for December 15th.
