Winnipeg Police Join ‘Name and Shame’ for Impaired Drivers

WINNIPEG – Police in Winnipeg charged 46 motorists with impaired driving over the holiday season. The Police Service has also released the names of those drivers.

While being charged does not mean the person is guilty this method of ‘Naming and Shaming’ impaired drivers appears to be a growing trend.

Police in Sudbury Ontario have also released the names of persons charged with impaired driving.

The following is a list of names of persons charged with impaired driving related offences during the 2016/17 Festive Season Checkstop Program:
