THUNDER BAY – Busy night for Thunder Bay Police. A double stabbing on Carl Avenue has one woman and another victim in hospital in Thunder Bay and the male victim has been transported to hospital in Sudbury.

The incident happened in the 200 Block of Carl Avenue.

Details are still coming out on this incident which happened on December 27th. The Police investigation is still ongoing.

Police also are reporting on a robbery on Macs on North May Street.

At approximately 10:28PM on December 28, 2016, a lone male entered the Mac’s on North May Street.  He walked behind the counter and directed the staff to open the till.  An undisclosed amount of cash and product were taken.

The male is described as wearing a black hoodie, white sweater over the hoodie and a black neck warmer.

The male left on foot and appeared to be intoxicated.
