Lots of good Things going on in Thunder Bay

THUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay offers a quality of life that is equal to, or better than anywhere in Canada. Jack Mallon of Royal LePage – Lannon Realty has been in the business for as long as almost anyone can remember. Over time, Jack’s message to out of town clients has been to come up and experience the Thunder Bay quality of life.

In a free wheeling discussion with NetNewsLedger, Jack Mallon shares his views on the local realty market, the Thunder Bay quality of life, and on how to make a real difference in downtown Fort William on the southside of Thunder Bay.

“When they closed off the streets, it was the ‘Kiss of death’ to downtown Fort William,” opines Mallon. Opening up Victoria Avenue again would breath new life into the downtown.

What is needed, suggests Mallon are public meetings to gather opinions and gauge the public support for tearing down Victoriaville.

Regardless of your opinion, let Thunder Bay City Council know your views.

Thunder Bay offers, especially to people from Toronto, real opportunity shares Mallon.

The message is a simple one… ‘Come on up!” make your dreams come true.
