THUNDER BAY – TECH – During the month of March, the Thunder Bay Regional Research Institute (TBRRI) will be offering guided tours of the Cyclotron and Radiopharmacy facility. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the cyclotron, the operations of the new facility, and how all of this will enhance patient care in Northwestern Ontario.

Thanks to our community of donors, who contributed $2.2 M to this project, we have access to this leading-edge piece of medical and research equipment. Scientists will soon have the ability to develop new imaging agents to diagnose cancer and physicians will be able to choose specific therapies to benefit patients.
