THUNDER BAY – SPORTS – Lucha Underground has secured their first Canadian television rights deal with TLN (Telelatino Network).

The deal will kick off with the Season 2 premiere and will air on Sunday nights at 10pm Eastern in Canada. The first episode premieres in Canada on Sunday January 31st.

Ancient traditions are met with violence in this cutting edge Lucha Style wrestling league.

The best fighters from around the world, including AAA Luchadores Fenix, Sexy Star, Pentagon Jr., Drago, and the legendary Blue Demon Jr. come to bout in this underground fight club. Watch as the masked heroes and villains battle it out in the Temple.

Thunder Bay’s Vampiro is one of the featured stars in Lucha Underground. When he is not pushing the limits from the Krav Maga Alliance Thunder Bay, or working with Guardian Angels Canada, Ian Hodgkinson is keeping the dream alive at Lucha Underground.

TLN is available in 6.2 million homes in Canada and features programming in English, Spanish and Italian with Lucha Underground being presented in English.

The second season of Lucha Underground will be debuting in the U.S. a few days prior, on Wednesday January 27th with tapings for the upcoming season beginning this past November.
