THUNDER BAY – The Boulevard Lake Dam rehabilitation project has been delayed, and work will not begin this summer.

The City is delaying the project as Ministry of Environment approvals have still not been received for the proposed work. As a result of the delay, Boulevard Lake will not be drained this summer, and the walkway will remain open to the public.

There are a number of ongoing projects underway across the City of Thunder Bay. Efforts to get Arthur Street finished are ongoing.

The City is also doing a lot of infrastructure work in the Northwood Ward.

Construction Delays are a part of fixing roads.
