Thunder Bay PoliceTHUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay Police have had a fairly quiet Easter weekend all things considered. Likely colder weather has reduced some of the outdoor issues that officers have had to deal with.

That is not to say there have been no serious incidents, but the number of calls this long-weekend are not as many so far compared especially to the May and Canada Day long-weekends.

There have been sixty-seven incidents over the past thirty-six hours that Thunder Bay Police have responded to.

Officers have dealt with two weapons calls, twenty-nine quality of life calls, including twenty-one alcohol related calls.

There were five assaults that needed the police to attend.
