Mac’s Store Robbed Overnight in Thunder Bay

THUNDER BAY – Just after 8:30PM last night the Mac’s store on Simpson Street was robbed. Police report that a male suspect robbed the store.

The suspect entered the store, and fled.

Thunder Bay Police report, at approximately 8:45 p.m. a masked male entered the store and demanded money from the employee while threatening him with a syringe. The suspect left the store with some cash and got into the passenger side of a small dark car that proceeded down McKenzie Street. The 29 year old male employee and the two customers that were in the store at the time of the incident were not injured.

The male suspect is described as being 6’1″ tall with a thin build. He was wearing all black clothing including shoes, pants, gloves and a hoodie. His face was concealed with a black and white bandanna.
