Thunder Bay Police Report Stabbing at Northside Hotel

Thunder Bay PoliceTHUNDER BAY – CRIME – There has been a stabbing at a northside hotel in the city. Thunder Bay Police report that uniformed officers were called to the Shoreline Hotel on Cumberland Street at 7:00PM Saturday night.

On arriving, police found a fifty-one year old man the victim of an apparent stabbing. Police state the man has “serious, but non-life threatening injuries.”

A forty-nine-year old man who is the accused in this incident was also taken to hospital.

The investigation is continuing.

Police thank by-standers who were able to subdue the accused until officers arrived on scene.
