THUNDER BAY – Nathan Moses and his family have had a summer of ups and downs. Attending the Helen Lake Pow Wow, Nathan received a telephone call. The call was to tell the respected First Nations community leader that his home was no more.

The fire destroyed possessions, and in effect left Nathan and his family without a home. However friends and the community have stepped up to help.

There will be a benefit for Nathan Moses and his family. 50% of proceeds will go to Nathan and his family to support them with the recent loss of their home and belongings. Craig Lauzon from CBC’s Royal Canadian Air Farce will be in town for a night of stand up comedy, door prizes, raffles & silent auction. There are two shows. One at 7:00 pm and 2nd show at 9:30 pm. Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for students. 16+ children to enter at parent’s discretion.

The shows may contain adult material/language.

For more information, please contact 624-6996.

Tickets will be available at Wiggles & Giggles/paramount theatre after August 31st.

Special guests include comedy from Todd Genno, Patrick Cheechoo and Ron Kanutski
