THUNDER BAY – Festa Italiana is about the food. There are some very amazing foods that you can choose from.
There is, of course pasta, and it is very amazing as you would expect.
The men at the St. Anthony’s Holy Name Society are offering up some incredible barbecue.
The barbecue ribs are fall off the bone perfect. The grilling is up there with the best of ribs you will find anywhere!
Over at the Grand Sasso Club of Thunder Bay, another of the hard working groups, the sausages are grilling up. The taste they say can not be captured in a picture. However, it is pretty close. Sounds of the grilling sausages almost come through in the picture. Diners, Drive-ins and Dives on Food Network would deem them worthy!
The bright colours of peppers which will soon grace the sausage on a bun at the Italian Juventus Soccer Club are enough to make ever the young set love vegetables.
If you are looking for a good night of fun, the Festa Italiana is on at the Italian Cultural Centre on Algoma Street in Thunder Bay.
There is everything for you, from the beer garden and it all wraps up at about 11PM EDT (GMT-5) with fireworks!
