SSM Police report, on March 29th, 2013 at 1:05 pm Police Officers located a 22 year old in residence on Trunk Rd. The male who was wanted on several previously reported domestic related charges, including Failing to Attend Court, Assault, Mischief, Possession of a Controlled Drug and Breach of Recognizance. The male was arrested and charged with these offences and will appear in WASH Court on March 30th.

Shortly after 1:00 pm Patrol Officers arrested a 16 year old female for Breach of Recognizance and Breach of Probation. The youth was on release conditions not to communicate with a person she was found with. On March 30th, 2013 the young person will appear in WASH Court on these charges.

Sault Ste Marie Police also located a male wanted on numerous warrants. He had allegedly stolen a wallet that contained an undisclosed amount of cash. Charged with break and enter x3, theft under $5,000.00, breach of recognizance, fail to appear in court x 3, assault, attempt break and enter and breach of recognizance x 2 is Paul Joseph Quesnel age (21) of no fixed address. He will be appearing in bail court on Tuesday morning.

A female was assaulted by her ex. It is alleged she was pushed to the ground, had her hair pulled and was kneed in the ribs. The accused will be appearing in WASH court on 30 March 2013.

As well, Friday, a female young offender was located in the company of a person she was on conditions to stay away from. She was arrested and will be appearing in WASH court on 30 March 2013.

James Bolan (age 22) of 424 Parliament St was located by the City Police. He had been sought for several outstanding warrants. When located, he was also found in the presence of a person he was not to be associating with. He will be appearing in bail court on Tuesday morning charged with failing to re-attend court, assault, mischief x 3, breach of recognizance x 2 and possession of a controlled substance.
