At www.tbaytel.net on the forum, the company states, “While staff manage the site and moderate discussions, these forums are intended as a peer-to-peer community and, like any public forum, there are basic guidelines/rules everyone is expected to follow to maximize everyone’s enjoyment and learning. We reserve the right to moderate or remove any and all posts, as well as limit access to this forum for users who repeatedly abuse the guidelines. Please review these guidelines below, as well as the Terms of Use which govern use of the Tbaytel Neighbourhood Forum”.

Tbaytel also has a Facebook page, where customers share with the company.

On the new Forum customers are already getting information from the company. One user asking about new features on the Iphone is informed,  “Our voice mail servers are being upgraded this year to support Visual Voice Mail on iPhone, Android and BlackBerry.  We are also implementing an improved SMS voice mail notification call Message Me Plus SMS where you can listen to a specific voice mail just by clicking on a link in that SMS message”.
