Food Now – Sarah Campbell’s ‘Herb rubbed pork tenderloin’

Herb Rubbed Pork Tenderloin

Prep Time: 15 min | Cook Time: 20 min | Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp parsley flakes
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp coarsely ground pepper

Directions:

Preheat BBQ to medium (or set oven to broil with rack 3 to 4 inches from the top element)

Brush tenderloin with oil.

Combine next 7 ingredients in a small bowl.

Rub over tenderloin.

Cook on greased grill for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally until met thermometer reads 155 F.

Remove from grill and transfer to cutting board.

Let stand 10 minutes (internal temperature should rise to 160 F).

Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
