The Northwest Company Moves Quickly to Resolve Problem

NorthernMOOSE FACTORY – Sometimes stories have happy endings. The individual who we reported on being “banned” from Northern Stores has been notified that situation has been resolved. The Northwest Company has moved quickly toward a resolution of the situation first reported on NetNewsledger.com.

Michael McMullen the Executive Vice President states, “On Behalf of The North West Company I extend our deepest apologies to the customer and family from Moose Factory for the incorrect and unacceptable banning notification. The action in these circumstances is not in any part of our company policy, approach or culture. The Store Manager and I will contact the customer directly to apologize. The “banning” was rescinded as of February 3rd. We will engage in direct communication with all of our Store Managers this week stressing our commitment to a respectful customer service and relationship environment at all times and in all situations.”
