breaking newsTHUNDER BAY – This weekend, here are a few things to do that will help make your weekend even better.

The Ogden/Simpson and East End Veggie Garden are holding their last Recycle Sale of the season.

The group is a little down, saying it is “Unlikely we will meet the goal but we intend to give it our best shot”. They are faced with “$400.00 to raise to clear our taxes and insurance for this year”.

We need neighbours who believe in the VGP get to the Garden Park on Simpson St. between 1PM & 7PM to support the effort. There is still fresh produce from the garden, and worms ….. anyone looking for Red Wrigglers? Artificial Christmas trees, ornaments etc ….. two upholstered dinning side chairs (moss green), an apartment sized stove very clean – skiis etc. …. books, decorator dolls … household items.
