THUNDER BAY – Social Assistance Review Commissioner Frances Lankin is coming to Thunder Bay to hear your ideas on how to improve these services.
The following sessions will be held:
Session 1: Wednesday, July 20th at 5:30pm to 9:00pm at the Labour Centre, 929 Fort William Rd.
All recipients of Social Assistance (OW or ODSP), their families and advocates are invited. Dinner, bus tickets and a child care subsidy will be provided.
Session 2: Thursday, July 21st at 9:00am to 12:00pm at the Oliver Rd. Community Centre, 563 Oliver Rd. RSVP by calling 2-1-1 by July 18th, 2011.
The goal here is to provide a forum for listening to the concerns of people in the system and their advocates.
