THUNDER BAY – The Annual Inspection of #28 Navy League Corps “Thunder” will happen on Saturday May 15, 2010 onboard HMCS Griffon, located at 125 N. Algoma Street starting at 12:00 noon. This inspection allows the public to see exactly what the 9-13 year old cadets have learned throughout the past training year in all things naval. Cadet awards will also be presented at the end of the event.
A change of Command will also take place between the current Commanding Officer, Lieutenant (NL) Terry Favel and incumbent Commanding Officer, Sub Lieutenant (NL) Crystal Elliott. Everyone is welcome to come and view the event.
